TO PROMOTE CHILD SAFETY, HEALTH, AND SCHOOL SUCCESS BY STRENGTHENING FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS. THE ORGANIZATIONS' PRIMARY MISSION IS TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF CAPE MAY COUNTY CHILDREN AND FAMILIES, THROUGH COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND PARTNERSHIP, PARENTING CLASSES AND HOME VISITATION.
