Barnabas Ministries Inc.

Mission

CONNECTING PASTORAL LEADERS IN JOHN 17:23 GROUPS SO THEY CAN BE ENCOURAGED.Way that the Father & Son are united, so that the world would know the Father sent the Son. Our mission is connecting pastoral leaders into John 17:23 groups so they might be encouraged, inspired, and enabled to do Kingdom ministry together.

Vision

Authentic, spiritual, and relational unity between pastoral leaders based on John 17:23.

Goals

1.Reach: Establish John 17:23 groups everywhere as God leads and directs. We measure this goal but the # of groups and # of pastoral leaders in groups
2.Quality: Perfect and protect the John 17:23 group experience for every pastoral leader in a group. We measure this goal through group member surveys and regular contact with group leaders
3.Impact: Encourage John 17:23 group participants to be united in Christ and co-labor in kingdom ministry. We evaluate this goal by the number of stories from pastoral leaders in groups.
