TO ENCOURAGE SCHOLASTIC ACHEIVEMENT BY PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS TO DESERVING STUDENTS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT; TO PROMOTE STUDENT HEALTH BY PROVIDING HEALTH PROGRAMS WITHIN THE SCHOOL DISTRICT; AND TO PROMOTE AND ENRICH THE EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL, ATHLETIC, HEALTH AND WELLNESS OPPORTUNITIES OF THE STUDENTS AND RESIDENTS OF DONEGAL SCHOOL DISTRICT.
