TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN WICOMICO COUNY AND THE SURROUNDING REGION BY DEVELOPING ARTS AWARENESS THROUGH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH, PROMOTING ARTISTIC EXPERIENCES FOR DIVERS AGES AND CULTURES, FACILITATING COMMUNICATION AMONG AREA ARTISTS AND ORGANIZATIONS, AND TO PROVIDE FUNDING.
