Vision

The National Women's Hall of Fame aims to be at the forefront of national conversations about women—their stories, their impact, and the path ahead. Our creative and accessible programming supports students, families, and leaders nationwide, while our museum in Seneca Falls serves as a meaningful pilgrimage site for those drawn to the home of the Women’s Rights movement.

Goals

1. 1.Launch recognition initiatives for grassroots changemakers. By Decembe5r 2026, honor 20 individuals annually through awards, storytelling campaigns or mentorship programs. This will build on existing volunteer and donor recognition frameworks. This goal reinforces belief that ordinary individuals can and do achieve extraordinary things.
2. 2.Integrate historical reflection into programming to ensure sustainable, ethical change rooted in lessons from the past. By 2027 embed at least 5 historical case studies into events, exhibits or communications with evaluation of audience learning outcomes.
3. 3.Champion women’s achievements and leadership by expanding recognition programs for women’s contributions. By 2027 increase honoreee nominations by 25% and expand outreach to at least 3 new national or international partner organization
