Goals

1. 1.CEF of AAPOS will demonstrate increased reach and impact worldwide as measured by increased program participation and impact, greater American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus (AAPOS) member engagement, and more active partnerships supporting Children's Eye Foundation activities.
2. 2.Increase AAPOS membership engagement in CEF programming each year as measured by AAPOS members volunteer participation and financial contributions. Progress will be measured by the number of members participating and donating each year.
3. 3.Create at least five new partnerships annually through in-kind and/or monetary donations and collaborative agreements with other organizations.
