HILLEL THE FOUNDATION FOR JEWISH CAMPUS LIFE

Mission

The Hillel Foundation of Orange County enriches the lives of undergraduate and graduate college students so they may enrich the Jewish people and the world.

Vision

Our mission is to equip students with a “toolbox” of skills that enables them to become the next generation of Jewish leaders who are confident in their Jewish identity & values, leadership skills, and ability to combat antisemitic rhetoric & Israel delegitimization.

Goals

1.Student engagement is our number one goal. Over the past 4 years, OC Hillel student engagement has risen from 540 unique students to over 853 at the end of the 2024-25 school year. Our goal is to reach over 900 students in the 2025-26 school year.
2.Hillel International's research has shown that students who interact with Hillel, six or more times, become our strongest Jewish leaders. Over the past 4 years, OC Hillel six plus engagement has risen from 125 unique students to over 287 at the end of the 2024-25 school year. Our goal is over 300 students in the 2025-26 school year.
