With respect for the individual and with the highest professional standards, Outreach - Center for Community Resources offers a variety of programs that promote family stability and economic self-sufficiency. Our vision and purpose are to ensure everyone has a chance to succeed in life, no matter their circumstance or background. No matter the situation, participants know Outreach’s dedicated staff will meet them where they are and offer the tools and knowledge needed to help create healthy families, prepare their children to be successful in school, and achieve family-sustaining employment. Our services include but are not limited to early childhood education, young adult services for justice-involved juveniles, parenting education and support, workforce development services, alcohol/drug prevention education, specialized case management, and other services that make a positive difference for children and families. Outreach serves individuals and families from disparate and often difficult circumstances. Outreach’s strength is forming trusting relationships with vulnerable individuals and families, providing holistic programming, and helping participants navigate and connect to additional services. No matter their situation, our families know our dedicated staff will meet them where they are and offer the tools and knowledge needed to help create healthy families and prepare their children to be successful in school.
