TO PROMOTE THROUGH THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A MUSEUM, ALLIED PROJECTS AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT WILL BRING ABOUT A BETTER APPRECIATON AND UNDERSTANDING OF ART. THE MUSEUM WILL PRESENT PROGRAMS AND EXHIBITIONS TO THE PUBLIC FOR THEIR EDUCATION AND ENJOYMENT.
