THE DOWNTOWN STATE COLLEGE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT IS DEDICATED TO CREATING AND PROMOTING DOWNTOWN STATE COLLEGE AS A WELCOMING AND VIBRANT DESTINATION FOR ALL. WE DEVELOP COMMUNITY EVENTS, PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES; WE ADVANCE PHYSICAL IMRPOVEMENTS, CREATIVE PLACEMAKING AND CLEAN INVITING STREETSCAPES; WE ARE A TRUSTED RESOURCE FOR OUR CONSTITUENTS.
