COMMUNITYWORKS IS A PUBLICLY SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION AND CERTIFIED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FINANCIAL INSTITUTION THAT PROVIDES FUNDING TO PROMOTE AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO HELP STABILIZE LOW WEALTH FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES IN THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA.
