THE CHILDREN'S HEALTH FOUNDATION SUPPORTS PEDIATRICIANS IN PARTNERING WITH ONE ANOTHER AND ACROSS THE COMMUNITY TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF PEDIATRIC CARE DELIVERY AND TO RAISE AWARENESS OF PEDIATRIC HEALTH TOPICS TO ACHIEVE BETTER CHILDREN'S HEALTH OUTCOMES THROUGH PEER COLLABORATION, SHARED LEARNING, QUALITY IMPROVEMENT AND THE SPREAD OF KNOWLEDGE AND RESOURCES THAT PROMOTE IMPROVED HEALTH DELIVERY AND OUTCOMES FOR CHILDREN.
