RED COLLAR RESCUE is an all-volunteer 501 (c) (3) animal welfare charity dedicated to rescuing and providing extensive medical care, foster care, training, and adoptive placement to stray, abandoned, and abused dogs in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. We focus on animals that are in dire straits, often victims of animal cruelty.
