ENTITY'S PURPOSE IS TO RESTORE THE HISTORIC 1886 WARREN OPERA HOUSE. THIS HISTORIC BUILDING IS TO BE USED BY THE PUBLIC AND FOR THE PUBLIC FOR SUCH PURPOSES AS: ACCOMODATNG PERFORMING ARTS; HOUSE MUSEUM ITEMS; PROVIDE CULTURAL OPPORTUNITIES; BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY (AS SPACE IS AVAILABLE) FOR RENT FOR EVENTS AND GENERAL BUSINESS USE TO HELP GENERATE MONEY TO CONTINUE THE RESTORATION PROCESS.
