Community Scholar’s mission is to meaningfully and expeditiously raise the grades of all students.

Our vision is to build a culture of learning in the institutions we partner with.

1.Community Scholar seeks to expand its reach by adding one new school partnership each year, ensuring that growth remains deliberate and that program quality is maintained at every site.
2.Community Scholar aims to cultivate a college-going mindset in students by connecting academic effort to tangible college savings, and will pursue partnerships with at least three foundations to sustain and expand this incentive-based approach.
3.Community Scholar is committed to continuous improvement, conducting an annual program review after each school year to capture lessons learned and apply them toward building a more effective and sustainable tutoring model.
