Goals

1. 1.Identify and partner with high impact organizations in health, education, and conservation. Expand program offerings to vulnerable, marginalized, remote and nomadic populations.
2. 2.We are strengthening our internal systems and governance through a more engaged Board, expanded Director leadership and oversight, and a structured grantmaking framework that emphasizes due diligence, monitoring, learning, and accountability, we are building the organizational effectiveness needed to deliver greater long-term impact.
3. 3.We identify new programs through a combination of ongoing portfolio learning and proactive engagement with partners and communities. Our structured grant lifecycle—including due diligence, active monitoring, and annual evaluation—generates evidence and lessons that help us refine strategy and respond to changing needs on the ground.
