To promote the general welfare of Weld County's elderly population paying special attention to the needs of Weld County's Spanish surnamed elderly population to enrich and encourage Weld County's elderly population, especially Weld County's Spanish surnamed elderly population, to improve their condition through the exercise of democratic, constitutional and legal rights of self-expression, self-organization, and participation in decisions, policies and programs affecting their lives and to achieve the full participation by such persons in the benefits and responsibilities of first class citizenship in our society.The further purpose of the Corporation is to plan, organize, supplement, coordinate and execute a program or programs designed to improve the quality of life of Weld County's elderly population, especially Weld County's Spanish surnamed elderly population; to aid such individuals in achieving their full potential and a sense of dignity and self-respect; to enrich the lives of
