We envision a world where all young people—regardless of circumstance—have the confidence, character, and capacity to lead. C5 Texas empowers a generation of resilient, purpose-driven youth who transform their communities and shape a brighter future through leadership, service, and lifelong success.

Goals

1. 1.By 2028, C5 Texas will expand and stabilize its programming to ensure sustainable impact by enrolling a minimum of 210 students across cohorts, while recruiting no fewer than 72 qualified youth leaders each year from 2025 through 2028.
2. 2.By 2028, C5 Texas will increase communication engagement by 50% over 2019 benchmarks by expanding its digital reach, strengthening stakeholder education, and deepening community awareness.
3. 3.By the end of 2027, C5 Texas will achieve annual revenue of at least $1 million—with a stretch goal of $1.3 million—while growing organizational reserves by a minimum of $25,000 each year to reestablish an endowment.
