Mission

Our mission is to deliver comprehensive primary care, dental services, mental health counseling, and community resources to those who face significant barriers to healthcare access. We believe that every individual, regardless of their financial circumstances, deserves the opportunity to live a healthy and fulfilling life.

Goals

1.We have recently launched dental services in our new clinic space. We believe primary care and dental care are intertwined. We are starting to see dental patients by tacking dental appointments onto an existing medical appointment. We're prioritizing patients with documentation of diabetes.
2.Improve operational efficiency by investing in staffing, technology, and other resources to enhance our service delivery.
3.We have served over 12,000 patients since our founding, providing them with essential healthcare services they may not have otherwise been able to afford. We aim to reach more patients by increasing our operating hours and expanding our outreach efforts.
