Vision

Fully Furnished Ministries strives to end furniture poverty by restoring dignity to people emerging from crisis through the gift of basic household furnishings.

Goals

1. 1.Our core program is to provide gently used furniture to families who are coming out ot homelessness or underhoused living situations. Our operating model is simple: 1) Pick up donated furniture from the community, 2) Work with non-profits and faith-based organizations to identify and vet families in need, 3) Deliver furniture and other necessary furnishings to the family at no charge.
2. 2.FFM has taken steps to increase the number of furniture donation pickups and deliveries by increasing the number of church and nonprofit partners that provide both referrals for families in need as well as a new base of furniture donors. Goals have been established to measure the increased number of furniture picked up, number of items delivered, and reducing the timeframe for each.
3. 3.FFM is actively engaged in an organizational wide process improvement initiative which includes flowcharting processes, identifying functions, tasks, roles and responsibilities across the organization, documenting policies and procedures, and expanding technology tools to support ministry functions.
