DEVELOP SKILLS IN THE SPORTS OF COMPETITIVE SWIMMING AND DIVING; TO HELP ATHLETES USE THOSE SKILLS TO EXCELL IN THEIR CHOSEN SPORT; TO TEACH GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP; TO OFFIVER CHILDREN OF ALL AGES A MEANS TO IMPROVE PHYSICAL FITNESS; AND TO PROVIDE A MEANS OF HEALTHY SELF-EXPRESSION FOR THOSE PARTICIPATING.
