TO PROVIDE HEALTH CARE, AT NO CHARGE, TO THE UNINSURED RESIDENTS OF FAYETTE COUNTY GA AND SURROUNDING COUNTIES WHO MEET ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.

The Healing Bridge Clinic exists to meet the health, spiritual, and emotional needs of our community.

1.Obtain sole occupancy, and completely remodel facility, while developing a 3-phase campaign that addresses costs of remodel, FF&E, and builds a reserve to expand services.
2.Identify staffing needs to implement expansion plan and position organization for growth.
3.Expand hours of operation and days opened to provide more access to care for the underserved community.
