HELPING OUR PEOPLE EXCEL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, MORE SPECIFICALLY TO HELP FUND OTHER EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS AND PROVIDE SERVICES TO COMMUNITIES IN AN EFFORT TO DEPLETE THE PLIGHT OF HOMELESSNESS, HUNGER AND VIOLENCE FOR THE POOR, THE DISTRESSED, OR THE UNDERPRIVILEGED.
