1. 1.Goal 1: Spread the love of Jesus Christ by meeting student needs by making evidenced-based decisions about how to best meet student needs and surveying our partners to learn how we can better serve.
2. 2.Goal 2: Multiply resources for youth by diversifying funding sources & championing donor stewardship to secure donor loyalty & using metrics & analytics to ensure efficient & effective resource use.
3. 3.Goal 3: Increase number of students who achieve college/career success by using a Student Success Strategist, having flexible mentoring opportunities & providing tutors to help students reach goals
