Vision

Become the premiere collaborator in the effort to preserve and restore playable digital culture, and protect it for future generations. We support the study of games, culture and technology as well as providing access to these works for study and entertainment.

Goals

1. 1.Given the need to operationalize 15 years of volunteer created offerings, we've decided to focus on field trip development as the means to formalize systems that can capture the requirements necessary for programming related to booking, exhibit development, education, data collection, admissions, and our store.
2. 2.Despite existing for 15 years, last year was the first year we had a full-time executive director. In order to continue exist, we must develop documents, an organizational structure, and a pipeline to develop staff to reduce reliance on volunteers.
3. 3.Our efforts to operationalize and increase focus will ultimately enable us to better scale our work. Dedicated staff will be able to better train volunteers and/or allow us to better compartmentalize work for general volunteers to greatly improve our museum's capacity to organize our collection or assist in our programming.
