THE MISSION OF THE ILLINOIS SCHOOL COUNSELOR ASSOCIATION (ISCA) IS TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP, ADVOCACY, AND COLLABORATION FOR ILLINOIS PROFESSIONAL SCHOOL COUNSELORS, WHICH RESULTS IN SYSTEMIC CHANGE TO ENHANCE THE SUCCESS OF ALL STUDENTS IN THEIR ACADEMIC, COLLEGE, CAREER, AND SOCIAL/EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
