Mission

The Space Coast Symphony is committed to enriching our community through the power and inspiration of music. Through community concerts, education and outreach programs, the SCSO lives our mission statement of making music accessible emotionally, intellectually, and financially to everyone, truly making the SCSO, the Symphony for Everyone.

Vision

Goals

1.Present a full season of high-quality professional performances across classical, jazz, chamber, film, popular, new, and collaborative repertoire, engaging professional conductors, soloists, composers, and contracted musicians while sustaining year-round programming.
2.Deepen community engagement and access through free community concerts, pay-what-you-can tickets through Symphony for Everyone, free admission for patrons 18 and under and college students with valid ID, and outreach in schools, senior communities, libraries, and nontraditional venues.
3.Expand education and youth engagement through age-appropriate musical experiences, early-childhood programs, school-based presentations, youth concerts, instrument demonstrations, composer engagement, student mentorship, and side-by-side performances pairing young musicians with professionals.
