Mission

Our mission is to engage, excite, and enlighten high school students to pursue careers in architecture, construction, and engineering through mentoring and to support their continued advancement into the industry.

To build a large, more diverse, and better-prepared AEC workforce

Goals

1.Serve 400 Students by 2025: We will do this by stewarding meaningful relationships with schools and districts, continuing to improve the student experience, and identifying areas for expansion.
2.Recruit 175 Mentors by 2025: We will do this by establishing ACE as company culture with focus on pipeline development and community service options and by partnering with like-minded organizations.
3.Grow Fundraising to $225k by 2025: Fundraising must grow in line with goals to improve program offerings, serve more students, and invest in operational functions of ACE at NO cost to our students.
