Mission

At Soul Shepherding, we provide spiritual and emotional health resources, care, and training to help pastors, missionaries, and all who desire to thrive with Jesus in life and leadership.

Vision

Our desire is to see pastors of churches both large and small as well as missionaries and other leaders lead from a soul that is being nourished in Jesus. When this happens, leaders enjoy their work and relationships, their message compels people to Jesus, their team is activated to serve God with them, and their ministry blesses more and more people.

Goals

1.Grow by scaling our existing Institute Retreats, Spiritual Direction Training and Coach Training Programs
2.Achieve optimum efficiency by identifying and possibly eliminating peripheral programs that distract from primary mission
3.Optimize internal organizational structure, processes and IT systems to maximize efficiency and support plans for growth and scaling.
