Vision

APF envisions an empowered and connected Pakistani American community through all life stages - including a mission-driven youth network leading to lifelong community engagement, along with stronger ties between the US and Pakistan.

Goals

1. 1.The American Pakistan Foundation will prioritize its core programs, such as experiential learning through fellowships and leadership development through APF One. By scaling back on non-core initiatives, APF will optimize resources, enhance program impact, and focus on key areas like youth development, cultural exchange, and leadership to achieve sustainable growth and community empowerment.
2. 2.The American Pakistan Foundation will invest in strengthening its core capacities to enhance organizational efficiency, program delivery, and community impact. By improving internal systems, leadership development, and resource allocation, APF will build a solid foundation for sustainable growth and better serve its mission of empowering and connecting the Pakistani American community.
3. 3.The American Pakistan Foundation will expand its advocacy efforts to address key issues facing Pakistani Americans, promote representation, and foster civic engagement. By building strategic partnerships, amplifying community voices, and addressing policy priorities, APF will empower the community, strengthen its influence, and advance equity and inclusion for Pakistani Americans.
