THE PULSE PERCUSSION INC. WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE ALL INTERESTED YOUTHS WITH THE NECESSARY TRAINING, EQUIPMENT, MENTORING, OVERSIGHT, PRACTICE, AND OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN AND/OR MASTER THE ART OF PLAYING PERCUSSION MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS.
