Mission

NVEEE's mission is to prevent bullying, violence, and suicide among youth, families, and communities through direct service, mentoring, and prevention education. For 14 years, NVEEE has supported and invested in young people ages 14-24 within two majority-minority cities program participants face complex difficulties that are deeply interwoven with both racial/minority stress and economic hardship. Through three distinct programs, we serve approximately 350 young people annually via leadership opportunities, mentorship, vital resources, referrals, and peer-led spaces where emerging young leaders can cultivate essential leadership and life skills and build lifelong supportive relationships.
