Vision

To be the community hub for connection to the needed resources, programs, and services for those in the surrounding area. Providing access where these services have not been available to those in need of them. To provide a residential life transformation program for high-risk families to learn the life skills needed to obtain gainful employment, manage their finances responsibly, parent their children lovingly and communicate effectively. Provide a safe environment where these skills can be put into practice and then walk alongside them to encourage their success. Families-United-Educated-Loved

Goals

1. 1.Increase the educational courses for the parents of the families we serve with courses that are designed to improve their life skills so that they can be self-sustaining through full-time employment and build strong resilient families.
2. 2.Implement a fundraising capital campaign to reduce debt, repair and update the facility, and hire staff to implement more programs for our families.
3. 3.New program to address the lack of clean, safe, and affordable housing in our area for families that graduate from our program and are maintaining full-time employment.
