PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS, ASSISTING LOCAL ANIMAL CONTROL FACILITIES WITH THE PLACEMENT AND FOSTERING OF ANIMALS THAT WOULD BE EUTHANIZED DUE TO OVERCROWDING, OFFER EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS TO THE COMMUNITY REGARDING RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP AND ASSIST WITH SPAY AND NEUTERING PROGRAMS.
