Cocos Heart Dog Rescue

Mission

Coco's Heart Dog Rescue rescues dogs from overcrowded shelters and high-risk situations, provides exceptional veterinary and foster care, and places them in loving permanent homes. Through rescue, rehabilitation, education, and community partnerships, we give vulnerable animals a second chance and strengthen the love between people and animals.

Vision

A future where every animal has access to safety, medical care, and a loving home.

Goals

1.Expand Coco's Heart's rescue, foster, transport, and adoption capacity to serve 20 more at-risk dogs while maintaining high standards of veterinary care and a save rate above 95%.
2.Strengthen long-term organizational sustainability by growing unrestricted funding, expanding donor engagement, investing in volunteer and foster recruitment, and building a dedicated veterinary reserve fund.
3.Develop and expand community-based programs that address emerging needs in animal welfare, humane education, and companion animal access while strengthening engagement with adopters, volunteers, seniors, and youth.
