Goals

1. 1.Increase Enrollment to 36 Students across grades 1 – 4 and Kindergarten for the 2025- 2026 School year. Develop and implement a targeted enrollment strategy by identifying key community demographics, creating a grassroots outreach plan, and strengthening visibility through marketing materials, social media, and local events to increase engagement and drive new student enrollment.
2. 2.Strengthen relationships with donors and philanthropists across Hartford by identifying and engaging new prospects, creating a donor communication plan, forming local partnerships, and hosting appreciation events to increase visibility, build connections, and grow contributions for Trinity Academy.
3. 3.Enhance parent engagement across the school and board by increasing parent representation on committees, strengthening the Parent Teacher Association, and implementing a parent feedback survey to ensure active participation, stronger communication, and shared decision-making within the Trinity community.
