Trinity Academy of Hartford
Mission
Our Mission is to provide Hartford area children with an exceptional elementary school education, emphasizing equity and diversity and an individualized learning plan for each student. Our program is tuition-free and tailored for students from historically underserved communities. At Trinity Academy, we foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that values family, community, and personal growth. We empower our students through intensive academics, including the arts, literacy, critical thinking, and social-emotional learning, instilling a love of learning for a successful future.
Vision
• Our Vision is to provide a safe and inclusive space fostering social, emotional and academic growth for every child. • By removing as many obstacles as possible from a student’s life, we inspire children to become life-long learners, empowering them to reach their highest potential. • Paramount to our vision is emphasizing the power in diversity, with every student recognizing their part in strengthening Trinity Academy and the community at large. • We believe that neither the zip code you live in, nor your family’s income should limit your educational opportunities.
Goals
- 1.Increase Enrollment to 36 Students across grades 1 – 4 and Kindergarten for the 2025- 2026 School year. Develop and implement a targeted enrollment strategy by identifying key community demographics, creating a grassroots outreach plan, and strengthening visibility through marketing materials, social media, and local events to increase engagement and drive new student enrollment.
- 2.Strengthen relationships with donors and philanthropists across Hartford by identifying and engaging new prospects, creating a donor communication plan, forming local partnerships, and hosting appreciation events to increase visibility, build connections, and grow contributions for Trinity Academy.
- 3.Enhance parent engagement across the school and board by increasing parent representation on committees, strengthening the Parent Teacher Association, and implementing a parent feedback survey to ensure active participation, stronger communication, and shared decision-making within the Trinity community.
