Goals

1.To increase access to health care by increasing penetration in current service areas, expanding health center sites, and implementing mobile programs that bring healthcare to the community.
2.Develop a comprehensive HR plan of action to ensure effective recruitment and retention of providers and staff at all levels and improve job satisfaction.
3.Increase Community Awareness of BCHC through Outreach, Philanthropy and Marketing
