Mission

J.E.S.S.I.C.A. Cares mission is to empower young girls by eradicating limited self-thoughts that fuel negative behaviors by virtue of our comprehensive personal development workshops, retreats and community initiatives; thereby, creating a ripple effect of transformation in teen girl’s lives, “One Empowering Thought at a Time.”

Vision

A world of empowered young girls...body, mind and spirit.

Goals

1.Increase in funding sources in order to supply vital programs simultaneously and consistently each year. Nurturing more donor relationships in the process
2.Increase health/wellness in our pursuit of assisting our clients in having self-love, rejection of body shaming while using healthy means of dieting/exercise to counter false images on social media
3.As tenure for some board members are approaching its end, strategically seeking out new board members who can assist in the awareness of our mission
