1. 1.Investing in LEAP's capacity now is vital for enhancing program effectiveness, resilience, and community partnerships while laying the groundwork for sustainable growth. By prioritizing systems development and board succession planning, we ensure effective governance and continuity. This investment enables us to better meet community needs and fulfill our mission for lasting impact.
2. 2.Concentrating our resources enables us to deliver high-quality services that foster healing and resilience. This approach allows us to refine our programs based on participant feedback, maximizing effectiveness and ensuring sustainable growth for our organization and the communities we serve.
3. 3.We are establishing a pipeline to elevate individuals from program participants to guides, enhancing access to employment in outdoor spaces. Participants will engage in immersive experiences, then advance to Guide-in-Training, followed by internships for hands-on experience with professionals. Finally, they will transition into guiding roles, fostering leadership in outdoor recreation.
