SEEKS TO RESTORE THE HISTORIC CAPE CHARLES ELEMENTARY, A ROSENWALD SCHOOL, IN CAPE CHARLES, VIRGINIA, AS A PLACE WHERE A VIBRANT EASTERN SHORE COMMUNITY GATHERS TO LEARN, PLAY AND PROSPER. THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS UNIFYING AND ENERGIZING VIRGINIA'S EASTERN SHORE THROUGH COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR FELLOWSHIP, LIFELONG LEARNING AND ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT FOR ALL.
