THE ORGANIZATITON WAS FORMED ON 12/28/2010 FOR THE PURPOSE TO SERVE, IMPROVE AND ENHANCE THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC WELLBEING OF THE COMMUNITIES AND KENTUCKY COUNTIES OF BREATHITT, KNOTT, LEE, LESLIE, OWSLEY, PERRY AND WOLFE BY PROVIDING LEADERSHIP, BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SERVICE, AND OVERSIGHT TO NON-PROFIT AND COMMUNITY BASED ENTITIES.
