THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR POST- SECONDARY EDUCATION TO CHILDREN WHOSE FAMILIES HAVE SUFFERED A SUBSTANTIAL DECLINE IN INCOME DUE TO A PARENT BEING KILLED OR PERMANENTLY OR CATASTROPHICALLY INJURED AS A RESULT OF A WORK RELATED INCIDENT.
