TO PRESERVE AND PROMOTE THE HEALTHCARE NEEDS OF THE PEOPLE AND CITIZENRY OF THE "ROSEBUD AREA" WHICH IS GENERALLY THAT AREA WITHIN A 50 MILE RADIUS OF THE CITY OF GREGORY, SOUTH DAKOTA AND PARTICULARY TO INSURE THAT THE RURAL HEALTHCARE NEEDS OF THE PEOPLE RESIDING WITHIN THAT AREA ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO THEM AND ARE OF HIGH QUALITY AND AFFORDABLE.
