ACTIVITIES SUCH AS THE TRAINING OF UNEMPLOYED AND UNDEREMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS AND THE OFFERING OF LOW INTEREST LOANS AND ASSISTING WITH TAX CREDITS TO QUALIFYING BUSINESSES IS UNDERTAKEN TO ACHIEVE JOB CREATION, CAREER PATHS, BUSINESS GROWTH, AND TRAINING.
