TO ESTABLISH AND UPHOLD A SAFE SPACE FOR TEENAGERS IN THE CITY OF LOMPOC--WHERE THEY CAN FLOURISH AND MAXIMIZE THEIR POTENTIAL IN ALL PURSUITS IN LIFE, ALL WHILE IN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT IS CONDUCIVE TO THEIR LEARNING AND GROWTH.
