Frieds Cat Shelter Inc.

Mission

Our mission is to save & improve the lives of felines through rescue, rehab, community education, and adoption. As a no-kill shelter, we stand on the belief that every cat matters.

Vision

To create a future where every cat is valued, protected, and wanted.

Goals

1.Expand our TNR (trap-neuter-return) program by collaborating with animal control. We only request donations for TNR, which allows many colony feeders to have their cats fixed for free, representing an investment on our part. This is an investment on our part, and it helps to curb the population.
2.Collaborate with local Veterinarians and civic groups for humane education, teaching compassion and responsible pet ownership. Partner with schools and local businesses through sponsorships, adoption events, and supply drives.
3.We measure results and assess resources versus outcomes. Allowing feedback as a reveal to which efforts are successful and which ones are not. Finally, we prioritize the shelter because it is the future of the cats not adopted, ensuring their comfort and allowing supporters to see where their funds are spent.
