TO CONDUCT STRATEGIC HEALTHCARE PLANNING AND OTHERWISE OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT AND SUPPORT OF MEMORIAL HOSPITAL OF UNION COUNTY, A COUNTY HOSPITAL BOARD ORGANIZED UNDER CHAPTER 339 OF THE OHIO REVISED CODE.
