To provide charitable and educational services for individuals with an intellectual disability in the USA and Canada. These services included, but are not limited to, administering the UT Scholarship Fund, which provides scholarships for individuals pursuing studies or certifications that would qualify the scholarship recipient to be a teacher of the intellectually disabled in the USA or Canada.
