IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION FORMED TO COMBAT COMMUNITY DETERIORATION, IMPLEMENT DECENT HOUSING THAT IS AFFORDABLE TO LOW AND MODERATE INCOME PEOPLE AND OTHER ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS FOR THE HOMELESS, AND INCREASE THE NUMBER OF SAFE, DECENT AND SANITARY HOUSING UNITS IN THE NEW ORLEANS AREA.
