To continue and expand Neighbor Ride’s unique capability to offer local transportation that benefits the health and well-being of Howard County’s seniors and strengthens the community as a whole.

Goals

1. 1.1. Goal: Reach and grow the passenger base to increase ridership. Core to increasing ridership is a focus on reaching out to community. a. Objective: Adapt and increase messaging and communications. b. Objective: Increase community partnerships that provide additional rider referrals. c. Provide rides to at least 775 different clients annually by FY2027 of a client base of 3,000

Objective: Increase the # of overall volunteers in the Neighbor Ride funnel (e.g., ride coordinators, food delivery drivers, etc.). c. Objective: Increase community partnerships that provide volunteer drivers d. Objective: Reduce the unfilled ride rate
